2-Seater Dune Buggy Dubai: Self-Drive Desert Ride for Couples
- Self-drive automatic Polaris RZR 570 — no off-road experience needed
- Meet at the desert base (free parking) — or add hotel pickup
Every buggy we run is an automatic Polaris RZR that you drive yourself, with a guide leading the route through the Lahbab red dunes. Take the 2-seater for two of you, the 4-seater for up to four in one buggy, or the evening safari with a buggy if you want dinner and the shows afterwards. Buggies are priced per buggy, not per person, so filling the seats brings the cost per head down. The driver must be 16 or older, and no driving licence is needed.
Prices come live from our booking system, last checked on 28 October 2026.

The price is per buggy, not per person. The evening desert safari with a buggy starts from AED 400 per person when the buggy is full. Prices come live from our booking system, last checked on 28 October 2026.
The 2-seater takes a driver and one passenger; the 4-seater takes a driver and three. Both are the same automatic Polaris RZR on the same guided routes. Because the price is per buggy, a full 4-seater usually works out cheaper per person.
No. The buggies are automatic, and a short safety briefing covers the controls, hand signals and dune angles before you start. The driver needs to be 16 or older. Helmet, goggles and gloves are included.
On the desert safari with dune buggy, yes. On the 2-seater and 4-seater rides it isn't: drive to our Lahbab base (free parking) or add a private car for up to six people when you book.
A buggy has a steering wheel and a roll cage, and you ride it together as a group. A quad is handlebars and body weight, one rider per quad. If you're unsure, or riding with family, the buggy is the easier choice.
