About This Experience
This is our overnight desert safari with a quad bike session built into the evening. Same night, more riding: you get your own quad on the Al Lahbab red dunes before sunset, then the camp dinner and shows, and when the evening crowd heads home around 9:30pm, you stay — stargazing, a night in a tent, and sunrise over the dunes before breakfast and the drive back.
If you were already planning the overnight trip and know you'll want a quad, booking the combo keeps it simple: one booking, one pickup, and your quad slot is reserved before you arrive rather than arranged on the spot.
How the quad session works
You ride near the camp in the open desert, with a briefing and helmet first. It's one rider per quad, and we recommend riders be 16 or older to drive — younger kids can ride along on the family activities instead. Choose 30 or 60 minutes when you book: 30 minutes is a solid taster; 60 minutes is better value if riding is the reason you're coming.
What it costs
The combo starts at AED 900 per person with a 30-minute quad session, or AED 1,050 with the full hour. The rest of the night
Everything else runs exactly like our overnight safari: pickup from your hotel between 3:30 and 4pm, dune bashing on the way in, sunset from the dunes, a BBQ buffet with belly dance, tanoura and a fire show, then the quiet hours — the camp drops from about 60 people to a handful, the stars come out properly (darkest around 2–3am), and you sleep in a Bedouin-style tent or out on the sand. Sunrise is around 6am with Arabic coffee, breakfast after, and you're back at your hotel by about 9am.
Who this combo suits
Riders, mostly. If nobody in your group cares about quads, book the overnight safari on its own and save the difference. And if it's the riding you want but not the overnight stay, the evening safari + quad combo gets you home the same night. This one is for people who want the full desert day: ride hard before sunset, then have the place to yourselves all night.

Itinerary
- 3:30–4:00 PM — Hotel pickup
Your driver collects you from your hotel in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman in a 4x4 Land Cruiser. We confirm your exact pickup time 24 hours before by WhatsApp or email.
- 4:30–5:15 PM — Dune bashing
Half an hour or so over the Al Lahbab red dunes on the way to camp. Tell the driver if anyone wants a gentler ride.
- 5:15–5:45 PM — Arrive at camp, gear up
Quick briefing, helmets on, and you meet your quad.
- 5:45–6:45 PM — Quad bike session
Your reserved 30- or 60-minute ride in the open desert near camp — the light at this hour is the best of the day. One rider per quad.
- 6:45–7:00 PM — Sunset over the dunes
Catch the last of it from the top of a dune before dinner.
- 7:00–8:30 PM — BBQ dinner and live shows
Buffet dinner with vegetarian options, plus belly dance, tanoura and a fire show. Henna and shisha included.
- ~9:00 PM — The camp empties
Evening guests head back to the city and the camp goes quiet.
- 9:30 PM–5:45 AM — Stargazing, then sleep
Shisha and stars first — darkest around 2–3am — then a Bedouin-style tent with mattress and bedding, or sleep out on the sand. Bring a jacket in winter.
