We run our own Land Cruisers, our own guides and our own camp at the Lahbab red dunes. These are operator jobs — you will be running tours, not reselling someone else's.
Customer Support Agent
You are the first person a guest talks to. Most enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and the phone, and a lot of them need answering within minutes — someone comparing three operators will book with whoever replies first and sounds like they know the desert.
Group Operations Manager
You run the day: which vehicles go where, which guides are on, and whether a 40-person group and four separate couples all get picked up on time. We operate our own 4x4 fleet and our own camp at the Lahbab red dunes, so this is real operations, not passing bookings to a supplier.
