Group Operations Manager
You run the day: which vehicles go where, which guides are on, and whether a 40-person group and four separate couples all get picked up on time. We operate our own 4x4 fleet and our own camp at the Lahbab red dunes, so this is real operations, not passing bookings to a supplier.

- Build the daily dispatch — match vehicles, drivers and guides to bookings and pickup zones
- Own group bookings end to end, from the quote through to the guests being back at their hotel
- Coordinate the camp: catering numbers, seating, quad and buggy sessions, show timings
- Keep the fleet moving — servicing, fuel, and a plan for when a vehicle goes down mid-season
- Work with support on anything that affects a guest before they notice it themselves
What we are looking for
- Experience running tour, transport or event operations in the UAE
- UAE driving licence, and enough desert sense to judge conditions
- Calm when a group of 40 arrives and one vehicle has not
- Fluent English; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic helps with drivers and guides
Who you would be working for
Dubai Desert Tour is the operator, not an agency. We own the 4×4s, run the camp at Lahbab's red dunes and employ the guides, so the person doing this job has real control over how the day runs rather than passing problems to a supplier.
