Customer Support Agent

Full-timeRemote — worldwideWork from anywhere

You are the first person a guest talks to. Most enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and the phone, and a lot of them need answering within minutes — someone comparing three operators will book with whoever replies first and sounds like they know the desert.

What you will be doing

  • Answer WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries, and follow up on the ones that go quiet
  • Turn enquiries into bookings — check availability, explain what each package actually includes, take payment
  • Confirm pickup windows with guests the day before their tour
  • Handle changes and cancellations, and keep the booking system accurate when plans move
  • Flag recurring questions so we can fix them on the website instead of answering them 40 times

What we are looking for

  • Fluent English. Hindi, Urdu, Arabic or Russian on top of that is genuinely useful — a good share of our guests speak one of them
  • Able to work Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) hours on a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends — that is when tours run, wherever you are based
  • A quiet place to take calls, a reliable connection, and your own computer
  • Able to keep a lot of small details straight: pickup times, guest counts, who paid what
  • Previous tour, travel or hospitality experience helps, but we will train the right person

Who you would be working for

Dubai Desert Tour is the operator, not an agency. We own the 4×4s, run the camp at Lahbab's red dunes and employ the guides, so the person doing this job has real control over how the day runs rather than passing problems to a supplier.
